HONG KONG STYLE COOKING 正宗港式粤菜 BY CHEF KONG, PATCHUN (H.K.)
Renowned sauce-maker, Pat Chun, have opened their first branch outside of Hong Kong, located at 17-19 South Bridge Road. This family owned sauce-maker uses traditional recipes handed down through its founding family for over 80 years offering a selection of vinegars, different grades of soy sauce, as well as a wide variety of instant sauces such as imperial stir-fry sauce, lemon sauce, and bean sauce.
Principal Chef of Pat Chun foods 江爵棠師傅現任八珍醬園主廚,
Chef Kong Churk Tong has over 45 years of experience in heritage Chinese cuisine. He was formerly the Chef de Partie at the Michelin Starred Chinese Restaurant of Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong specializing in both traditional and modern Cantonese style Dim Sum. He is also a respected teacher, and was the Principal Instructor in Chinese Cuisine at the Dickson Catering Institute of Hong Kong.
